"Home Ownership MATTERS" is a free community event hosted by Legacy Realty & Management, LLC and Southeast Mortgage on Saturday, June 8th from 9:30 am - Noon at  3350 Riverwood Pkwy SE, Suite 1900, Atlanta, GA 30339. 

Sabrina Lowery has brought her team of real estate industry experts together for this seminar to educate buyers, sellers and investors about the process of buying a home with little or no money down, starting your real estate investment business, flipping houses for profit and starting a career in real estate.  Our other special guest experts will be speaking on a number of wealth building topics including Knowing and Understanding your credit (the credit essentials and credit restoration process) by Erica Thomas, Owner & Credit Restoration Specialist with Garnet Financial Consultants.  Venetia Jordan, Mortgage Lender, with Southeast Mortgage, who will be speaking about the home loans available in the current marketplace, and what the requirements are for getting funding for residential properties, plus the  refinance programs available for home owners and investors.
